Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after your order is marked “delivered” to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, in original clear packaging, and with all tags attached. Please keep your order number or proof of purchase available.

Returns are currently accepted for U.S. orders only.

Please email support@blushebelle.com to request a return. Once approved, you will have 7 additional days to ship the item back.

Note: Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

We inspect every order with care, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.

For international orders (outside the U.S.), we are unable to accept returns at this time. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out with photos and a clear image of the packaging showing the SKU barcode. Once verified, we will issue a refund for the item.
Shipping fees and duties are not refundable.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Jewelry
  • Beauty products
  • Lingerie & underwear
  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear
  • Face masks
  • Final-sale items

Fees & Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect
  • If items are not returned in original condition, a 20% restocking fee may apply
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Exchanges

We currently do not process exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original (if eligible) and place a new order.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note: your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at support@blushebelle.com.


Cancellations

You may cancel or make changes to your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our support team as soon as possible. After 24 hours, we’re unable to cancel or modify the order as it will already be in processing for fulfillment.
